Have been specifically trained in technique that is performed in 15 minute sessions, 3 to 5 times per week for up to 12 mini sessions, for complete relief of sciatic type pain. Have been offering this type of medical massage and much relief to many clients over the past 10 years. Very rarely does this require 12 sessions. Many folks that have suffered for a good length of time, are free of pain in as little as 6 sessions.
1 hour massage done w/ warm stones in hand. Can be full body or upper body. Has indirect therapeutic effect of relaxing taught mms. Those w/ arthritis esp., but anyone w/out caridiac conditions, can receive and truly benefit from this spa treatment. Again, those w/ HBP or heart condition cannot receive hot stone massage for medical reasons.Â
I attended a 2 day intensive training in this spa treatment. It is a 1 hour massage to decollete, upper shoulders, neck, face mostly, and scalp. Notice, I said mostly face, as we focus the massage on the facial mms. This treatment gives a lifted and rejuvenated feel to you face afterwards.  The specific techniques used in facial toning massage also relieve sinus symtoms, and can help relieve head ache.  Also, w/in the hour, we do hot stone massage to upper shoulders, hands and feet. To end the hour, the client experiences "cool globes" massage to the facial mms. which feels so amazing.
Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in dis-robing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.Â
Don't forget - I will travel to your location for chair massage.
Developed by Aaron Mattes, Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is a dynamic system for improving your flexibility and overall well-being. As you probably already know, stretching your muscles not only reduces your chance of injury, but also strengthens your tendons and improves your circulation.
Lomi Lomi is the Hawaiian word for "massage", and it is part of a larger native Hawaiian tradition of healing and natural body care. According to Hawaiian tradition, all living beings are seeking a state of balance and love in the world. During a Lomi Lomi session, therefore, I focus on not only relaxing the body through gentle touch, but also being "the vessel" that helps in reviving your spirit and filling your body with the energy of love.
I have my unique combination of massage techniques drawing from deep tissue, swedish, lomi lomi, neuromuscular re-ed.

Orthopedic massage is a style of massage therapy focused on treating painful conditions that affect the soft tissues of the body. Because orthopedic massage is designed to treat medical conditions, it requires extensive training. It involves releasing tense muscles, helping to stretch and lengthen tight muscles and tendons, and decompress rigid joints. My goal is to restore full health to the soft tissues of your body, both treating your specific conditions as well as improving your overall well-being.

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
